We’re Open For Business! Shop Safely with COVID safe measures instore.
The NSW Government has extended the lock down for Greater Sydney. Our business services are considered “essential services” so we’re open and operating. We continue to follow Government advice and our stores remain open to serve customers and our team are working hard and doing their best to help customers get the products that they need.
We have provided clarity below around how we operate.
Showroom Consultations and our stores remain open
Our stores are spacious and remain open for you to shop for essential goods and services for the personal needs of the household. You can continue to visit us in store with COVID safe measures. However, browsing is not permitted.
Please remember to:
- Use the QR code to check in when entering
- Wear a mask when in store
- Maintain social distancing
- Use hand sanitiser
We have social distancing in place at desks and counters maintaining 1.5m distance, behind the Plumbing Counter or in the showroom.
Online Orders with contactless click and collect and delivery options available

Increased cleaning within our showrooms
We are keeping our showrooms clean and have increased our cleaning routines in the showrooms.
In summary, we are encouraging you to:
- Wear a mask when inside our stores and use the QR code to check in
- Be conscious of personal space, maintain 1.5 metres distance where possible
- Respect the policy NO handshakes and hugs
- Avoid contact with your face
- Use click and collect to grab your items if you wish
