Jimmy is very easy to deal with, has a great sense of humour and has been very patient with us as first time renovators. But Jimmy also goes "above and beyond". On two occasions, our plumber required items that we had ordered at very short notice. Jimmy went out of his way to personally deliver the items to our home in Maroubra so that our renovations were not delayed.
